Upgrade 02: 3x Lower in Formaldehyde Emission
Highest Grade(E1) of Melamine Quality
❌ Melamine used by the majority market would be Grade(E2) or lower, which will Release Large Amount of Hazardous Formaldehyde
✅ As compared to Oriss, we upgrade our material to the highest quality of E1 Melamine. This will significantly reduce Formaldehyde from 30mg/100g to 9mg/100g.
You might be thinking, so what? There are still Formaldehyde.
Here is the difference, to dissipate the smell of 9mg/100g of Formaldehyde is MUCH EASIER AND FASTER compare to 30mg/100g. Simply Open Your Cabinet Door Before Use/ Move in for Ventilation to dissipate the smell.
Upgrade 03: 100% Waterproof Sink Carcass
Worry no more for plumbing fails.
❌ Conventionally, the kitchen cabinet will be built in One-Piece with wood only. However, if leaking happen at the sink area, your carcass will go to waste.
✅ To overcome the risk of damaging the sink carcass, we have upgrade to 100% Waterproof PVC carcass.
Upgrade 04: 100% Waterproof Cabinet Plinth
Prevent bulging or moldy.
❌ Inevitably cabinet may exposed to water, and if the cabinet base turn damp, mold will start to appear. Worst, the board will start to warp and crack.
✅ Oriss's cabinet base if made of waterproof material and is fully water-tight.
Upgrade 05: Upper Cabinet Support Over 132KG+
Not to worry of having heavy storage
✅ We are adopting quality wall mount bracket that can cater up to 132KG for each carcass.
Upgrade 06: Moist Resistance Melamine Board
Not to worry on moisture environment
❌ Generally there are Moisture Treated Melamine Board and Untreated Board. Untreated Melamine board will definitely risky to water and moist.
✅ We are using Fully Treated Moist Resistance Melamine Board to enhance the durability even if we have to bear a higher cost of material
Upgrade 07: Slot-In Back Panel
Extra support to prevent fall out in future
❌ Most carpenter would simply fix the carcass back panel using nail gun only. This may seem okay at the beginning, but as the nail turn rusty and loosen, it will be a passage for cockroach and lizard to enter into your cabinet.
✅ Instead of nailing the back panel of carcass, we are cutting grooves at the edge to allow the back panel to slot in with additional support for a secure installation.

Upgrade 09: Design to Avoid Cabinet Door Hitting the Wall
Many carpenter may not pay attention to it practicality causing the cabinet door panel to hit the wall everytime open.
To overcome this design fault, we construct the cabinet with additional end panel for better spacing and prevent impracticality.
